Full-fledged band camp has gone well this week, with the students all working hard to bring “Where the Wild Things Are” to life. Here’s a look at the front ensemble’s work on the show’s first movement, thanks to our Go Pro camera guy Cole Hunt.

We’re officially less than one month away from when our new marchers will go to band camp for the first time!
The color guard is already working one afternoon a week. They and percussion will start day-long camp on Monday, July 11. Everyone else will start on Thursday, July 14.
You should have gotten a letter from Mr. Kramer about this year’s show and with updated dates for camp, competitions, etc. You can also download the letter from our Documents page (June 2016 band letter). Woodwind and brass players should be getting show music in about a week to start practicing.
We’re looking forward to another great season for the Marching Wolverines!
